It’s pretty straight forward to make back-ups of all the website data, databases and e-mails from your hosting account. Visit the Backup Wizard in your cPanel and choose partial backup. Download the three plans to your computer. Restoring is just a reverse action.
As all cPanel mail is stored in /home/username/mail, a standard home directory backup would include the mail content.
