Please login to your control panel and create a full backup. This takes a few minutes to generate a tar.gz file that will have all your site, email, database and settings. Once the backup is created, you can download it using ftp from your account home directory. You can also use this backup to move your whole site to a new provider. Due to the directory naming there will be slight adjustments needed to make everything work 100% on your new host. Ask for professional assistance if you are unsure of the details or enlist our help for a small fee (We will need full access to your new host).
